The Dunn Warehouse is an important historical and architectural landmark on Hudson’s waterfront. This project provided an in-depth analysis of existing conditions, regional market and economic trends, an adaptive reuse feasibility study, and a master plan with schematic design concepts.  In July 2017, the City of Hudson was awarded $10 million in Capital Region Downtown Revitalization Initiative funds for its waterfront district based on the data-driven analysis and detailed recommendations of this study.
